CAPTURE SCREEN SHOTS which clearly show the abuse or harassment and username(s). Text logs are not acceptable as documentation. Once your report is received and reviewed, we'll reply and let you know where to send your screen shots.
Include your Ustream user name, your Broadcast URL, and state as much information as possible about the issue you are encountering below. Please also mention if you captured screen shots (or not.)
