Problems with Firefox and IE

Postby nhsjpeterson » Mon Jun 30, 2014 10:38 pm

On one of my home computers, if I use IE 11, whenever I try to use the pop-out window for viewing an archived webcast, it says that the page can't be found.

If I use Firefox, I can't get the videos to play at all.

My other home computer works fine for both Firefox and IE, but is quite a bit slower than the other one, so I'd prefer to find out what might be wrong with the faster one.

Any ideas as to what might be the problem? Is there some add-in that is needed?
