Hi, I am using a Sony A1U professional grade camcorder. The videos have a lag where the sound is fine but the video is very slow and odes not match the sound. How can I improve the videos so there is no lag but a good quality video? :o

Is the video lagging on your computer before being uploaded to Ustream, or is it only lagging for your viewers? If it's lagging for your viewers, but it looks fine in the broadcasting software you're using, then you may have the quality/bitrate set too high for your Internet connection's upload speed. To test your upload speed, use the San Francisco, CA server on the following page (as the SF server is closest to Ustream's location):
http://www.speedtest.net

Also, which software are you using to broadcast? Are you just using the web-based broadcaster on the site, or are you using something like Ustream Producer or Flash Media Live Encoder?
