Open VH Multi Camera Studio, click File and click Add Camera...

Choose VHScrCap as the camera

VHScrCap will appear in the Source list and in the preview window.

Click and drag the window in the preview window, to make it the size of the preview window.

Now right click on VHScrCap in the Sources list, click on Setup button and select Video Capture.

A new window appears

To broadcast your whole screen check Track screen checkbox.

Now click on the Settings tab, set framerate to 30 and check Resize to output size, and Keep aspect (you can check others to, but first play around with different settings to find the best one for you).

Close the VH Screen Capture Driver window and you are done.

Also change the resolution and framerate in the View tab.Common resolution is 640x480, but if you have high enough upload
speed and good enough computer, you can set the resolution to your screen resolution.
*To get the best quality, use VH Multi Camera Studio with Adobe Flash Media live Encoder 3. More info at http://www.ustream.tv/higher-quality#fme
*I have found that when you use more then 2 VHScrCap as source, the program crashes. if you need more, then download other programs like manycam, magic camera, webcammax, screencamera, superwebcam, UScreenCapture.
*If you want to add your camera feed to the corner, then File > Add Camera... > Select your camera. Move it to the correct location and resize if needed. If the camera is behind the desktop, right click on your camera and click the button that has a red arrow pointing up.
