1. Download the free app from Apple's App Store on your iOS device or by clicking here. After the application has been installed, login using your Ustream username and password.

2. Viewing a broadcast from your mobile device:
-To view one of the many shows featured exclusively by Ustream, select "Featured" from the bottom menu. Along the top of the list, you can switch between shows that are either Live, Upcoming, or Recent.
-If you wish to browser by category, select "Categories" from the bottom menu. From here you may choose between a variety of ways to find shows that spark an interest.
-If you cannot find the show you want after looking through both of the other sections, you may use the "Search" option instead to quickly locate the broadcast you want to watch. **Note: If the show that you are searching for is set to private (you must have a password to view the channel) you will not be able to locate the show from the iOS application.
-Tap on the show you want to watch. While viewing the broadcast, you may tap the screen to bring up options to chat in the room, pause the broadcast, or share it with friends through several different social networks.

3) Broadcasting from your mobile device:
-To begin broadcasting from the application, tap on the camera button located in the top right corner. If you do not wish for the feed to air live, you have the option to "Record to Device" if you please.
-When ready to begin the broadcast, tap the red circle from the right options list.
-iPhone 4 users may switch which camera they are broadcasting with by tapping the "camera flip" icon from the left menu. You may also activate the flash on the device by tapping the icon to the right of the camera flip option.
-If you choose to create a poll during the broadcast to receive feedback from your viewers, tap the begin poll icon at the top of the list.
-To mute the broadcast, tap the "mute" icon below the poll option.
-Tapping the social feed icon below the start broadcast option will allow you to share the broadcast via Facebook or Twitter.
-To chat with your audience, tap the chat balloon option at the bottom of the interactive menu on the right.

4) Interacting with the iOS app:
-To visit a show page, tap the blue right facing arrow next to the broadcast. From here, you may choose to set a reminder for an upcoming broadcast, share the broadcast with friends through either Facebook or Twitter, or view the broadcaster's profile.
-Tapping the "more" icon from the bottom menu will allow you to view alerts you have set, channels you have favorites, broadcasts you have produced and change settings for the app. If you tap the "Edit" option in the top left corner, you may move options in and out of the bottom field, making the app work best for you.
